‘विश्व नेपाली साहित्य पुरस्कार’ डा भण्डारीलाई
७ कात्तिक, काठमाण्डौ । विश्व नेपाली साहित्य महासङ्घले ‘विश्व नेपाली साहित्य सम्मेलन’का अवसरमा भारतका वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार डा राजेन्द्र भण्डारीलाई ‘विश्व नेपाली साहित्य पुरस्कार’ प्रदान गर्ने भएको छ । त्यस्तै कवि विमला तुम्खेवालाई ‘विश्व नेपाली साहित्य युवा पुरस्कार’, मैथिलीभाषी साहित्यकार श्यामसुन्दर यादव पथिकलाई ‘विश्व नेपाली साहित्य महासङ्घ भाषाभाषी साहित्य पुरस्कार’ तथा साहित्यकार किशोर पहाडीलाई ‘विश्व नेपाली साहित्य सम्मान’ प्रदान गरिने भएको छ ।
ती पुरस्कारका राशि क्रमशः रु ५० हजार र रु २५ हजार तथा १० हजार रहने छन् । शुक्रबार हुने सो सम्मेलनका लागि भारतीय साहित्य अकादमी परामर्श समितिका अध्यक्ष -कुलपति) प्रेम प्रधान, सिक्किम विश्वविद्यालय नेपाली विभाग प्रमुख प्रा डा कविता लामा, हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय, वनारसका भारतीय भाषा विभाग अध्यक्ष प्रा डा दिवाकर प्रधान, म्यानमाका लक्ष्मण नेउपाने, भियतनामका सन्ध्या रेग्मी शिवाकोटी र भुटानका डेन्जोङ साम्पाङलगायत गैरआवासीय नेपाल साहित्यकारको सहभागिता हुने महासङ्घका अध्यक्ष विश्वासदीप तिगेलाले बताउनुभयो ।
सो अवसरमा समसामयिक नेपाली साहित्यबारे छलफल हुनाका साथै महत्वपूर्ण कार्यपत्र प्रस्तुत गरिने तथा केही कृति विमोचन गरिने बताइएको छ । सम्मेलनमा सहभागीले बिहीबार राष्ट्रपतिसँग भेटघाट गर्ने तथा काठमाडौँ उपत्यका साहित्यिक यात्रा गर्ने थाहा भएको छ । नेपाली साहित्यको विकास, विस्तार र सम्बर्द्धनका लागि विसं २०६७ असार २९ गते स्थापित महासङ्घको हालसम्म विश्वका १४ मुलुकमा १८ शाखा निर्माण भई सञ्चालनमा छन् । रासस
GLOBAL NEPALI LITERARY AWARD GOES TO DR. BHANDARI
Kathmandu, Oct. 24: The Global Nepali Literary Federation is to award senior literary figure Dr. Rajendra Bhandari of India with the Global Nepali Literary Award on the occasion of the World Nepali Literary Conference to be held in the capital from Friday.
Likewise, the Global Nepali literary Youth Award is to be awarded to Bimala Tumkhewa, Global Nepali Literary Federation Linguistic Literary Award is to be awarded to Maithil literary figure Shyam Sundar Yadav ‘Pathik’, and Global Nepali Literary Honour is to be presented to Kishor Pahadi.
The Awards carry a purse of Rs. 50,000, Rs. 25,000 and 10,000 respectively. As per the preparations, Prem Pradhan, chancellor of the Indian Literary Academy Advisory Committee, Prof. Dr. Kavita Lama, Head of Nepali Department of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Prof. Dr. Diwakar Pradhan, Head of Indian Languages Department of BHU, Laxman Neupane of Myanmar, Sandhya Regmi Shiwakoti of Vietnam, Denjong Sampang of Bhutan and representatives of NRN, literary figures will participate in the conference, said Federation Chairman Bishwas Deep Tigela.
A paper will be presented on contemporary issues and a schedule has been made to meet the president during the conference.
The federation was established on July13, 2010 and some 18 chapters in 14 countries have been set up till date.
The federation was established with the objective of expanding and promoting Nepali literature in the world, it is learnt. RSS
